I practice law in the following areas: Criminal Law, including all types of drug cases, driving cases, assaults, student crime issues, sex crimes, and the rest of what is handled in state courts. I do not handle capital crimes.
I handle criminal defense in the Colorado state courts, from traffic to treason. I handle a large number of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol cases, and a large number of drug cases of all types. Cannabis issues are of particular interest, as are cases involving unusual mental health issues. I offer SKYPE conferences as well as phone and personal conferences. My practice has been based in Boulder County Colorado for over 32 years.
