We are a small firm with a strategic focus, we have over 22 years experience in the practice of law, and charge a flat fee for most projects. Individual attention is given to each project. We have worked with individuals and Fortune 100 companies.
Our firm focuses on Intellectual Property helping small and medium size businesses protect their Intellectual Property Assets and combine this with their business goals to build and develop a strategic plan for the use of their Intellectual Property in the market place.
Our hourly rate for the few projects that are not charged a flat fee is $325 per hour. We were named a Superlawyer by Chicago Magazine beginning in 1995. Besides the typical JD degree, we received an LLM with Honors in Intellectual Property from John Marshall Law School. We served as the Articles Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics while at the Georgetown Law Center, where we graduated from in 1988.
