Board Certified in Civil Trial Law.  Inducted into the San Antonio Women's Hall of Fame 1991.  Baylor University Law School Top Graduate May 1984.  Briefing Attorney for the Texas Supreme Court 1985.  Ms. Petty represented ten young men most of whom were altar boys who had been molested by a Catholic Priest against the Archdiocese of San Antonio, and successfully obtained substantial settlements on their behalf.  Ms. Petty has represented numerous victims of sexual harassment and discrimination.

Hourly Rate is $300.00.  Paralegal  Rate is $100.00 per hour.   Some cases are handled on a contingency basis which is usually 40% plus expenses.   Geographic area is generally confined to San Antonio, Bexar County, New Braunfels, Comal County, Bandera, Boerne, Atascosa County, Hayes County, San Marcos, Guadalupe County, Seguin.  However, Ms. Petty does handle large cases in Dallas, Waco, Houston, Austin, and South Texas.
