Hourly Rate is $300.00. Paralegal Rate is $100.00 per hour. Some cases are handled on a contingency basis which is usually 40% plus expenses. Geographic area is generally confined to San Antonio, Bexar County, New Braunfels, Comal County, Bandera, Boerne, Atascosa County, Hayes County, San Marcos, Guadalupe County, Seguin. However, Ms. Petty does handle large cases in Dallas, Waco, Houston, Austin, and South Texas.
