Summary
I have served as president of my local bar association, the Colorado Springs Estate Planning Council, the El Paso County Bar Probate Section and on numerous state and local bar committees. I helped found the Pikes Peak Community Foundation and served as it's president for over 10 year and remain on its board. I served on the Colorado Springs School Board for 23 years with 6 as President. I am married to my wife Barbara of 38 years and we have 2 sons, Jeff and Aaron and 3 grandchildren.
I handle estate planning, wills, trusts probate and trust and estate administration cases. I also have represented a number of businesses over the years and continue to work some in that area. Finally I handle liquor licensing cases.
