I frequently represent clients in litigation matters involving claims brought pursuant to the ADEA, ADA, Title VII, OSHA, FMLA and FLSA. I regularly advise clients on daily workplace issues. In addition, I frequently review and draft complex agreements for my clients including hotel management agreements, separation and release agreements, and executive employment agreements.
I focus my practice in labor and employment law, hospitality law and commercial litigation.
