Profile:

I am a Nebraska native that manages the Nebraska office of our law firm, which is based out of Kansas City, Missouri.  I am a single father of three children, so they take up most of my free time.  I enjoy attending my kids' sporting events and activities, as well as taking them on trips and to sporting events.  If I can get away, I like to travel, golf and run.

I represent plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, product liability, premises liability, contract and workers' compensation claims.  I practice in the state and federal courts of Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Kansas.  I have tried a number of cases before juries and the court and have handed appeals before the 8th and 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, Nebraska Court of Appeals, Kansas Court of Appeals, Kansas Supreme Court and Missouri Court of Appeals for the Western District of Missouri.
