Reasonable legal fees. Personal injury and workers’ compensation cases are usually handled on a contingency fee basis, which means we do not collect attorneys fees unless a recovery is made for you. Most traffic, criminal and DUI cases are charged on a flat fee basis. There is no charge for a consultation on personal injury, workers' compensation, traffic, criminal or DUI cases. For employment cases, there is a $300.00 consultation fee due at the time of an initial consultation appointment
