Kimberly began her career working at a large firm in NYC. Kimberly joined the Nassau County District Attorney's Office in 2002 where she tried numerous cases to verdict. In May 2005, Kimberly joined her father Richard's practice. Kimberly handles most of the criminal matters (Felonies, misdemeanors and traffic violations). Kimberly is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is active in the Nassau County Bar Association. Kimberly is also a correspondent for Fox News and MSNBC.
