My practice has emphasized a wide variety of litigation throughout Wyoming and the northern Rockies region including representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in securities, employment, products liability, personal injury and business tort litigations.  I have also handled construction litigation and matters involving oil and gas, natural resources, environmental claims and water rights.
