Summary
I graduated 2nd in my law school class and could have worked with any large law firm in downtown Chicago, but I am a family man, happily married for over 24 years, with six children of whom I am very proud. I have chosen to practice in Kane County where I focus on serving business owners in their business and family affairs. I am involved in the local Bar Association (President '03-'04) and community. I am also a frequent lecturer for continuiing legal education seminars and other seminars.
Kevin has practiced since 1991 in the areas of Corporate & Business Law (incorporation & LLC organization, consultation, contracts, employment issues, and asset sales & purchases); Estate Planning & Administration (including wills, trusts and powers of attorney, probate, trust & guardianship administration); Residential & Commerical Real Estate Law (including contracts & transactions, land use & development and all facets of real estate law); Civil Litiigation; Municipal & School Law.
