I have been in private practice since 2001 after serving as V.P.Law for large trade association for 23 yrs, where I was responsible for contracts, antitrust compliance, employment, legislative counseling, and regulatory affairs at federal and state level. In private practice I have continued in these areas and added trade compliance.
