My practice is focused on assisting businesses and individuals resolve legal disputes that are in litigation or are headed for litigation.  I have experience handling matters in the following areas:  Business and Commercial Litigation; Catastrophic Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, particularly in cases involving brain and/or spinal cord injuries; Contract Disputes; Criminal Defense; Labor and Employment Litigation; and First Amendment Litigation.
