I am a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Washington State Association for Justice, American Bar Association, ABA Center for Professional Responsibility, ABA Senior Lawyers Division, Admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
I limit my practice to Workers Compensation, Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Personal Injury claims.
I lecture in the areas of Workers Compensation, Social Security, insurance and medical issues both to the general public and to lawyers groups, for informational purposes and to provide Continuing Legal Educational credits.
