I have been practicing law in the above described areas for almost twenty years with my father and partner , Francis J. Hartman. I am an aggresive litigator with compassion for my client's and their problems. I have repeatedly been voted a New Jersey Super Lawyer and have received numerous other professional honors and appointments.
I specialize in all matters related to employment including; sexual harrassment, disability, age and religous discrimination, whistleblower,retaliation and disciplinary charges. Additionally I specialize in criminal defense in local, state and federal courts. I represent law enforcement in disciplinary matters related to their employment and in defense of adminstrative charges,and civil or criminal complaints. I am a member of the PBA, FOP, State Trooper and NCO defense plans.
