About Ju Yeon Park
In addition to overseeing the growth and development of Parsus LLP as the firm’s Managing Partner, Ju Park represents both domestic and foreign clients in a diverse corporate practice that encompasses mergers and acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, and general representation. Ms. Park’s recent clients have included buyers acquiring companies through equity financing, private and public entities involved in cross-border investment, entrepreneurs starting new ventures, and domestic subsidiaries of foreign companies.
Prior to founding Parsus, Ms. Park was an attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she practiced corporate law and litigation in the Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices. Ms. Park advised domestic and foreign clients, including Fortune 500 companies, on various corporate matters including corporate governance, SEC compliance, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and follow-on securities offerings.
Drawing on experience gained from starting and consulting for various ventures, she has helped fellow entrepreneurs successfully launch their businesses and manage their growing assets.
She is also dedicated to helping the community with her Pro Bono work, and serving on the board of directors of the non-profit organizations Coalition to Abolish Slavery and Trafficking and Hollywood Least Wanted.
