Mr. Pinsky’s litigation and dispute resolution experience includes contract disputes, real estate disputes, employment disputes (such as those involving non-compete or non-solicit agreements), partnership/shareholder disputes, collection matters and local government issues. Mr. Pinsky's transactional experience includes real estate sales and purchases, small business planning, contract drafting, lease negotiations and drafting, employment agreements and policies, and estate and asset planning.
Mr. Pinsky's practice focuses primarily on consumer and small business bankruptcy, real estate transactions and litigation (writing title insurance policies as an agent of The Fund), and business transactions and litigation.
Mr. Pinsky has represented many individual and corporate clients, including having previously served as private counsel for the City of Dania Beach, Florida. His services to the City of Dania Beach included civil and real estate litigation, serving as counsel to the Code Enforcement Board and Unsafe Structures Board, and serving as city prosecutor.
Mr. Pinsky has been an invited speaker at sesminars and is the author of several published articles.
