I help set up small businesses and then provide them with legal advice.
I help resolve personal injury, wrongful death, construction, employment, and business disputes as counsel for one of the parties or as a mediator. I am licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky.
I help businesses and individuals involved in legal disputes get back to what they do best by removing roadblocks in the settlement process in order to fairly and efficiently resolve disputes. If settlement is not possible, I will take the case to trial. I am a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
