JOSEPH FRANKLIN PIPPEN, JR., Attorney, was born in 1947 in Richmond, Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1969 with a degree in economics and from the University of Baltimore Law School in 1975 with a Juris Doctorate. He has been practicing law in Florida since 1982.
Joe's law firm has grown to offices in Largo, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Bradenton, Sun City Center, Tampa, Zephyrhills, Lakeland, Haines City, Clermont, Leesburg, Deland, Fruitland Park, Sebastian, Palm Coast, and The Villages. Joe's firm practices in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, probate, Medicaid, bankruptcy, real estate, guardianship, and family law.
Joe is also a noted speaker, lecturer, and philanthropist. As host of a weekly call-in radio show entitled "Ask An Attorney" for the past twenty six years, he has helped numerous people with their legal questions.
