Jon is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia bars, holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, and has been listed in the Washington DC Super Lawyers® for the last two years for his work in insurance coverage, civil litigation defense, and aviation.
Mr. Stern co-chairs Schnader's Aviation Group. He helps clients with difficult insurance coverage and claims handling issues and defends negligence, civil rights, premises liability, product defect, and defamation litigation. Clients include airlines, aerospace manufacturers, airmen, and other businesses and individuals. Mr. Stern also conducts internal corporate investigations.
