I represent individuals, particularly executives and professionals, in employment disputes. My areas of concentration include employment contracts, executive compensation, severance agreements, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation and whistleblower cases, including claims under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the False Claims (qui tam) Act. I work with my clients through all phases of an employment dispute: counseling, negotiation, mediation, arbitraiton and litigation.
