Profile:
My practice focuses on litigation, generally, with a focus on criminal defense. I represent clients in court almost every day, advocating for them against the government's attorneys or against opposing counsel in civil matters. While a majority of cases settle short of going to trial, I also try cases and motions before juries or judges regularly. I keep my clients informed of their options, of the opposition's positions, and I counsel them on the direction I believe is best.
Areas of Practice:
Criminal Law, General Practice
More About My Practice:
I handle criminal defense matters throughout the state, from relatively minor matters to extremely serious charges. I have several years experience as both a prosecutor and as a defense attorney. I also have experience in disability litigation, initially working for a large disability insurer, and now I represent clients who have been wrongly denied benefits by insurance companies.
