I practice primarily in the field of business litigation, with a recent emphasis on trade secret matters (including computer information theft) and insurance coverage, but also handle corporate and shareholder matters, commercial contract disputes and other types of commercial litigation. I also draft and negotiate equipment supply contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts.
