I am licensed to practice in the states of Washington, Idaho, and Montana, as well as in miscellaneous federal trial and appellate courts. My practice areas include: Construction Law, Contracts, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial Law, Appeals.
I represent clients in the construction industry, including contractors, subcontractors, owners, design professionals, sureties, and insurers on various matters, including bid protests, contract negotiation, delay and inefficiency claims, construction defects, lien and bond claims, and contract terminations in both the public and private setting. I also am a member of the AAA's panel of contruction industry arbitrators and provide arbitration and mediation services as well.
