Mr. Hudak was admitted is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hudak has experience in Municipal Law, Land Use Law, federal and state securities law, and administrative law. In addition, he concentrates in the area of Municipal Bonds and Public Finance Law, as well as all aspects of Municipal Law. Mr. Hudak serves as assistant Municipal Attorney for the City of Linden .
Mr. Hudak renders Bond Counsel and Special Counsel services to a wide and diverse number of New Jersey municipalities, school boards, counties and authorities involving general and revenue obligations for the financing of educational facilities, road, water, sewer, housing and other capital projects and with respect to the analysis and negotiation of complex financial/legal transactions.
Mr. Hudak holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, and is a cum laude graduate from Seton Hall University School of Law
