For 28 years I have helped Maine people and business to: obtain building and development permits from all municipal, state, and federal agencies; oppose objectionable development; appeal from all permit decisions; defend against enforcement actions and prosecutions; litigate disputes over boundaries, easements, and any other real estate interests; litigate disputes with municipal and state officers and agencies; and brief and argue Maine Supreme Court appeals on any issue.
