Mr. Latherow has twice been selected by his peers as 1 of the top 100 lawyers in Illinois. He is 2nd Vice-President of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, where he will become President in 2011. Among his record setting jury verdicts is a nationally recognized $19 million plane crash verdict. He served on the Board of Managers of the CBA, and as Chairman of the Aviation Law Committee. He served 6 staggered terms on the Assembly of the ISBA, where he was also Chairman of the ISBA PAC.
