For over nine years, Ms. Brill has focused her practice working with corporate clients, high-tech companies, engineering, manufacturing firms, schools and non-profit organizations.  She has vast experience handling non-immigrant visas of all types (H-1B’s, L-1’s, E-1/E-2, E-3, TN, J-1, R, O-1, P, Q), and immigrant green card cases (PERM, EB-1-3, AOS and consular processing). She has also handled many complex naturalization, family based cases, VAWA, waivers, mandamus actions and fiancé visas.
