Summary
Challenging the evidence is my approach to criminal practice. I am trained in chemistry and have a passion for the technical and scientific components of evidence. I have personal experience with cases where State experts mishandled evidence or ventured unsupported assumptions. Technical review of evidence can undermine a prosecution or prove innocense. Please consider that lab reports, computer examinations, blood tests, urinalysis, ballistics and so on form key parts of many prosecutuions.
