The majority of my practice is defending clients in a wide variety of areas, focusing on defense of government entities in section 1983 actions, inverse condemnation and other land use claims. I also frequently serve as local counsel in federal district court cases because of my intimate familiarity with Oregon federal court procedures as well as knowledge of the practices of the Oregon district court judges.
