Jeff Carruth has focused his practice on commercial bankruptcy and business insolvency matters, including related litigation and strategic transactions.  Over the years Jeff has represented financial institutions, lenders, business debtors, special-situation individual debtors, creditor committees, working interest owners and other investors, service companies, and trade creditors in oil and gas and trustees.  Jeff’s practice includes state court litigation and out-of-court solutions.
