My practice is concentrated in general business law with major emphases on complex real estate and finance transactions; commercial, office, retail and industrial leasing law; permitting and zoning; commercial, industrial and resort development (including development of retirement and senior living centers); 1031 tax-deferred exchange transactions; and representation of lenders in connection with making and restructuring loans, negotiating workouts and enforcing creditors' rights.
Mr. Vinzani graduated with honors from South Carolina College, the Honors College of the University of South Carolina, with a degree in Economics. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
