I understand I am dealing with people that are going through a very difficult period of time as criminal charges add substnatial stress to anyone's life with the fear of possible incarceration and the long term ramifications of a criminal record. I am considerate of the anxieties of the situation, and I provide a no-nonsense review of the case to explain both the overall criminal process and the likely outcome of the indvidual case.
I have criminal law experience in various counties in Central Pennsylvania, covering sexual assault, physical assault, DUI, drug delivery and possession, furnishing alcohol to minors, and underage drinking. My experience includes all phases of case, including pre-charge, preliminary arraignment, pretrial motions, trial, post-trial motions and appeals.
