I am a civil trial lawyer, have represented both plaintiffs (20%) and defendants (80%), have tried more than 200 jury trials throughout West Virginia, in both Federal Districts and most of the State Circuit Courts. I also handle administrative litigation involving lawyer and doctor licensure and ethics issues, and I accept assignments as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases, fee disputes, insurance coverage and claim handling (bad faith) cases.
