Summary
I have been helping my clients solve problems since 1979. My approach is client centered, detail oriented and practical. Each deal has its own dynamic and each participant has its own goals and priorities. My goal is to meet yours.
Some past projects are construction/leasing of the Greater Columbus Convention Center, the ground lease for Nationwide Arena (NHL hockey), the creation of special improvement districts, and the purchase and sale of numerous executive jet aircraft.
Business transactions, including commercial real estate law (leasing, purchase and sale, financing) and business aviation (purchase and sale, like kind exchanges, maintenance and modification agreements, and time sharing agreements), business formation, and contracts of all kinds.
I am co-author of Kuehnle & Levey, Ohio Real Estate Law (West Publishing, 3 Vols.) and have taught continuing legal education seminars on real estate and business law. I am active in the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations.
