Most of my civil litigation practice is insurance related or generated, primarily defending employment, general and professional liability claims against employers, real estate and insurance agents as well as other professionals, including physicians and attorneys. I also litigate insurance coverage and various other commercial disputes. I have been a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 mediator for more than ten years and enjoy helping other attorneys resolve disputes on behalf of their clients.
