I primarily work with large and small corporations and their employees regarding immigration matters. We handle all nonimigrant visas including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3 and E-2 visas. We assist employers in filing PERM labor certifications and immigrant visa petitions.  We represent companies in biotech, engineering, high tech, info tech, civil engineering, finance, as well as education and non-profits.
