About Howard Ullman
I'm an attorney and litigator in San Francisco, California at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, where I primarily handle matters dealing with business and commercial law and litigation issues. I have been active in local bar associations and the American Bar Association. I volunteer on pro bono matters and am also active in various community groups. I live in San Rafael, in Marin County.
I focus on general commercial, business, and civil litigation, including contract and business disputes; antitrust and unfair competition litigation; distribution law (pricing, dealer and distributor issues); corporate investigations; and corporate counseling. I also am involved with M&A issues. I also handle negotiations, licensing, business contracts, and intellectual property issues.
