I practice law primarily in the areas described above relating to their establishment, mergers and aquisitions, contract negotiations in fields of business and construction, including joint ventures,  licensing (including intellectual property) and resolutions of their dispuites with others through mediation, arbitration and litigation both within and outside of the United States.   Also involved for many years in areas of law relating to Estate and Trust planning and administration.
