I specialize in labor and employment law.  I am a graduate of an Ivy League, top-ten law school and I have over ten years of experience practicing with top-notch firms.  I  have represented clients of all sizes, from Fortune 100 companies to individual employees.  My office is conveniently located in Alpharetta, right off GA-400.  I serve clients throughout metro Atlanta and elsewhere.  I enjoy helping clients solve their legal issues in the most cost-effective way.  I offer a free consultation.

I represent and advise clients in all aspects of the employment relationship, including wrongful termination, discrimination claims, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, compliance with disability and medical leave laws, wage and overtime disputes, violation of health and safety regulations, and other alleged statutory, regulatory and common law violations.  I regularly negotiate and draft corporate policy handbooks, employment contracts, separation agreements and restrictive covenants.
