I represent businesses, business owners and high-level employees in business and employment-related matters and disputes, providing counseling, contract/agreement review and drafting and, when necessary, agressive and pragmatic representation in litigation (state and federal courts), adminstrative hearings (incl. EEOC), arbitration (extensive AAA experience) and mediation.
