Firm founder Gregory A. Balcom practices in the areas of mortgage foreclosure, real estate, bankruptcy (creditor representation) commercial leasing & business litigation.  Mr. Balcom is very experienced with both complex commercial foreclosures as well as residential foreclosures as he has specialized in this area for more than 25 years.  Mr. Balcom is licensed to practice before all Texas state and federal district courts.
