I provide corporate legal representation to providers of healthcare, including  physicians, group practices, hospitals, IDTFs, ASCs and clinical laboratories. My practice focuses on federal and state regulatory issues including Medicare and Medicaid compliance, reimbursement, antitrust, physician contracting, medical staff issues, and Medicare fraud and abuse.  My practice also includes litigation of disputes in these areas as well as contract issues involving medical practitioners.
