I help clients to protect their assets, protect themselves in disability situations and to preserve assets if governmental assistance is necessary. We do this through Living Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts and Medicaid and Veterans Administration planning. We also assist our clients with all types of legal documents including wills, powers of attorney and drafting deeds to avoid probate.
I assist clients not only with estate planning, but with asset protection including Medicaid Planning and assistance with VA benefits. am a Veterans Administration Accredited Attorney.
