Profile:

Mr. Acero earned his law degree from Boalt Hall at U.C. Berkeley where he participated in editing the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. He received a B.A. degree in International Business and Psychology from San Diego State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted in to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

George Acero practice focuses on defending both private and public entity clients from discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wrongful termination and wage and hour lawsuits. He has significant experience in Title IX athletics and general liability litigation.  Mr. Acero has been very successful at resolving cases for his clients via pre-trial motions in both state and federal courts. He has also successfully argued before the California Court of Appeals.
