Geoffrey Dietrich is a solo practitioner with a successful law practice focused on business development, international business, and consumer education and assistance. Prior to starting his own firm, Geoff was employed by one of the most prestigious law firms in Salt Lake City—Fabian & Clendenin, where he practiced in the business and real property sections.
Geoffrey Dietrich is an attorney and a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He practices primarily in the areas of business and transactions, including corporate compliance, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Geoff also practices in the areas of estate planning, real estate and real property law, consumer bankruptcy, and international law.
During the past 15 years, Mr. Dietrich has spent extensive time living and working in Taiwan, Korea, Kuwait, and Iraq. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has basic language skills in Arabic and German. Before attending law school, Geoff was an Infantry officer in the United States Army where he served as a Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Assistant Operations Officer, and Senior Logistics Officer. Particpated in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
