I practice law in the following areas: Copyright, Intellecutal Property, Privacy and certain areas of Patent law. I have also been appointed by federal courts to represent court appointed fiduciaries in multi-billion dollar disputes involving thousands of individuals. I was also appointed by the United States Bankrutpcy Court for the Southern District of New York to represent the Eron restate in the multi-billion dollar wholesale electricity litigation in the western United States.
For nearly 30 years, I have represented clients in complex high value disputes at trial. I was one of the senior trial partners at a top 30 international law firm before I opened my own pracitce.
