I have nearly 28 years experience as a civil litigation attorney in state and federal courts, almost exclusively representing the defendant.  I have defended a wide range of personal injury/wrongful death cases including motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, medical and nursing home malpractice, and products liability.  I have represented insurance companies in bad faith and breach of contract cases, and have defended employers in wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuits.
