I practice law in the following areas: Patents, Litigation, Intellectual Property, Trademarks, Technology and Science. I was trained as a chemist (BS, MS) and worked as a chemist for Merck & Co. while attending law school at night. I was also a member of the Merck Patent Department prior to entering private practice.
I am an intellectual property attorney. My practice is split between litigation/counseling (50%) and prosecution (50%) regarding patents and trademarks. I have prosecuted over 1000 patent applications and over 500 trademark applications. I have served as an expert witness in patent litigation.
