Since 1992, Mr. Simon has represented companies in civil litigation, bankruptcy, trade secret and insurance matters . His successful defense of a lawsuit led to recognition of his work in recovering legal fees by in-house corporate attorneys. In 2001, Mr. Simon entered private practice specializing in business tort, trade secret and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Simon also represents Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees in recovering property of bankrupt companies, and represents debtors.
