I concentrate my practice in the following: Real estate and business law; land use and zoning law; real estate transactions and development; business formation and organization, corporate governance, authority and transactional documentation; estate planning and wills; comprehensive contract drafting and negotiation, and litigation related to the above.
Consistently represent a broad variety of buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, and tenants in real estate and business transactions. Regularly prepare purchase agreements, leases, mortgages and associated documents, restrictive covenants, employment contracts, and a wide variety of other related agreements.
Daily involvement with litigation matters including motions practice, discovery, mediation and settlements, insurance coverage issues, and professional license law.
